In business since 2018, we have successfully completed projects for many of the best known global companies across all sectors. We have worked on small and large projects (from 350 to >20,000 m2) - worked alone or in conjunction with another agency (we have a cooperation agreement with Cushman & Wakefield for example) - worked only with our client's local management or with much broader multinational teams with multiple stakeholders. In addition to flexibility, we pride ourselves on having a high degree of professional integrity, giving good advice, getting you the best deal possible and being fun people to work with. Whatever your particular needs are, it's highly likely we can meet them.
Fun fact - the company name, ZOMA, comes from the names of the owner's daughter ZOfia and wife MArta.
About Ian Scattergood
Real estate professional
Ian's career started in the UK with companies like Marks & Spencer and Diageo. His responsibilities then widened to include Europe and the Middle East from a base in Munich, Germany, and for the past 20+ years he has been living and working in Warsaw, Poland. Before running his own business, the first half of his career was as a client and the second as a consultant with CBRE, DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield. He has a very broad skillset having been successful in Project Management, Development, Global Occupier Services and most recently Office Agency, tenant representation. He has operated at Director/Partner level since 1990. References are available on request.
